Overview
Orbonix is offered by the developer listed on the App Store. This page explains how information is handled when you play the game on iPhone.
On your device
Your progress — scores, streaks, lives, quest completion, and in-game achievement unlocks — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard app storage. We do not sell this data.
Cloud save
If you are signed in to Game Center, Orbonix syncs your game progress to Google Firebase Firestore, linked to your Game Center account via Firebase Authentication. This includes scores, streaks, lives, daily and monthly quest progress, and achievement state — so you can restore progress on another device using the same Game Center account.
Game Center sign-in is optional. Without it, the game works locally only, as before.
Analytics
When enabled, Orbonix uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous gameplay events — for example session length, scores, and menu taps — to improve the game. These events are not used to identify you by name or email.
Advertising
If you choose to watch a rewarded video for an extra life, Google AdMob and its partners may process device-related data to deliver and measure ads, under their own privacy policies and your device settings.
You can limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center account and leaderboard scores under Apple’s privacy policy. Orbonix submits scores to three leaderboards: Best Run, Daily XP, and Lifetime XP. Sign-in is optional — the game works without it.
Apple
Apple also processes App Store account and device data when you download, update, or purchase through the App Store, under Apple’s privacy policy.
What we do not collect
Orbonix does not require a separate account, email, or real name to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. Parents with concerns can contact us at [email protected] or via the developer contact option on Orbonix’s App Store listing.

- Apple — App Store, Game Center, and device services
- Google Firebase — analytics and cloud save (Firestore)
- Google AdMob — optional rewarded advertisements
Retention & security
Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for product improvement, then deleted or aggregated. Local progress remains on your device until you delete the app. Cloud save data is retained while your Game Center account remains linked and is used only to restore your progress. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your rights (UK)
Where UK GDPR applies, you may have rights such as access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Service providers such as Google (Firebase, AdMob) may process data outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Continued use of Orbonix after an update means you accept the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
